Spa Policies

Breathe Salt Therapy strives to provide our clients the highest levels of service, value, cleanliness, and sanitation. We value your time and strive to exceed expectations at every appointment. To ensure that each client will receive the best experience possible, the following polices will be strictly enforced.

Breathe Salt Therapy reserves the right to have a valid credit card on file at the time of reserving services otherwise appointments will be denied. Gift cards must be present at the time of checkout in store to be applied. Expiration dates will not be extended at anytime - no exceptions.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, BST respectfully requests you do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of service(s) reserved. No call no shows will result in 100% fee of service(s) reserved - no exceptions. Any failed payments will be required to be paid in full before booking any other services. Appointment changes made in a timely manner allow our small business to give another guest an opportunity for services they may want or need.

Refunds will not be provided after 90 days of purchase, prior to 90 days proof of purchase will be required for any returns or exchanges. All discounted purchases or products during a sale or promotion are final sale. Discounts, sales, or promotions can not be combined at anytime.

Lastly, our primary focus and goal is to keep each one of guests and staff feeling safe and healthy. If you have any open infections or are experiencing any contagious conditions such as a fever, stomach ache, or Covid-19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment.

There will be a small price increase starting March 25th, 2024.
