Breathe Salt Therapy strives to provide our clients the highest levels of service, value, cleanliness, and sanitation. We value your time and strive to exceed expectations at every appointment. To ensure that each client will receive the best experience possible, the following polices will be strictly enforced.

Breathe Salt Therapy reserves the right to have a valid credit card on file at the time of reserving services otherwise appointments will be denied. Gift cards must be present at the time of checkout in store to be applied. Expiration dates will not be extended at anytime - no exceptions.

In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, BST respectfully requests you do so 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of service(s) reserved. No call no shows will result in 100% fee of service(s) reserved - no exceptions. Any failed payments will be required to be paid in full before booking any other services. Appointment changes made in a timely manner allow our small business to give another guest an opportunity for services they may want or need.

*Appointment changes (cancellations & rescheduling) are required to be done via phone call, please call our front desk at 1-234-273-2843. Emailed appointment changes will not be accepted.*

Refunds will not be provided after 90 days of purchase, prior to 90 days proof of purchase will be required for any returns or exchanges. All discounted purchases or products during a sale or promotion are final sale. Discounts, sales, or promotions can not be combined at anytime.

MEMBERSHIPS:

All memberships are a minimum 6 month commitment.

​

Massage memberships cancellation policy is as stated above, if service credit is available No Shows will forfeit service credit.

​

Unlimited members are subject to a $20 fee for cancellations less than 24 hours and No Shows.

​

Pause/Cancel Membership:

All memberships are limited to 1 pause at a maximum of 30 days.

​

Memberships cancelled prior to 6 month commitment will result in a 50% membership cost fee. Unlimited memberships will automatically end after cancellation, Massage memberships with remaining credits will have an expiration of 30 days after cancellation.

Lastly, our primary focus and goal is to keep each one of our guests and staff feeling safe and healthy. If you have any open infections or are experiencing any contagious conditions such as a fever, stomach ache, or Covid-19 symptoms ect. please reschedule your appointment.
