Spa Policies
Breathe Salt Therapy strives to provide our clients with the highest levels of service, value, cleanliness, and sanitation. We value your time and strive to exceed expectations at every appointment. To ensure that each client will receive the best experience possible, the following policies will be strictly enforced.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations, Modifications, and Rescheduling.
​All appointment changes including cancellations, modifications, and rescheduling require a 24 hour notice prior to appointment start time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of service(s) reserved to the card on file.

Pre-Paid Service:
If there is a service credit available, the credit will be applied to a 50% fee of service(s) reserved, with the remaining balance added to your account as an account credit.

No-Shows:
If you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price of service(s) reserved to the card on file. If the service is pre-paid the credit will be removed from your account.

Late Arrival:
Arriving late to your appointment will result in a shorter service, if time allows, and you will be responsible for paying the full price of service(s) reserved.

Cancellation and No-Show fees are non-refundable and cannot be used as credit at a later date.
Communication:
BST appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email and text message. It is your responsibility to read these communications to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments.

Enable Text Messaging:
In order to receive text message reminders, view your Account Settings section and make sure to enable Text Messaging.

To make changes to your appointment, please call our front desk at 1-234-273-2843.
BST will not accept appointment changes via email, social media, or website messages. If you can not get through, leave a voicemail with your full name and appointment date/time.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided after 90 days of purchase. Prior to 90 days, proof of purchase (your emailed receipt) will be required for any returns or exchanges.

All discounted purchases or products during a sale or promotion are final sale.
Discounts, sales, or promotions cannot be combined at anytime.
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards are required to be presented at checkout in spa to apply. BST is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
