About the event
Reclaim your peace and inner light with a meditation and Reiki session led by Amy Henke from Guided Light Meditation and Healing. Heal your mind, body and soul as you relax in the salt room with Halo therapy.
The event will end with a soundscape featuring ocean waves, rain and other relaxing nature sounds. You will leave the event feeling relaxed and renewed.
Amy has been leading Meditation classes for 2 years. She has earned certifications yoga, meditation, sound healing, sister circle facilitation and is Reiki II.
She has hosted various healing sessions throughout the suburbs.
