Membership Policies
All BST Memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. Memberships renew monthly (every 30 days) after the initial sign-up date until canceled. By signing up for a BST Membership, you understand and agree to all Membership terms & conditions as stated below.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations, Modifications, and Rescheduling.
​All appointment changes including cancellations, modifications, and rescheduling require a 24 hour notice prior to appointment start time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee as stated below:

Unlimited Members:
$20 cancellation/no-show fee for each service reserved to the card on file.

Massage Members:
50% service fee to the card on file.
If you have an available credit the credit may be applied to this fee with the remaining balance added to your account as an account credit. Account credits cannot be used towards renewal fees or gratuity.

Massage Member No-Show:
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged full price of the service reserved to the card on file. If you have an available credit the credit will be removed from your account.
Communication:
BST appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email and text message. It is your responsibility to read these communications to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments.

Enable Text Messaging:
In order to receive text message reminders, view your Account Settings section and make sure to enable Text Messaging.

To make changes to your appointment, please call our front desk at 1-234-273-2843.
BST will not accept appointment changes via email, social media, or website messages. If you can not get through, leave a voicemail with your full name and appointment date/time.
Membership Cancellations/Pause
A 30-day notice is required to cancel, pause, or upgrade/downgrade your Membership. Members who fail to provide a 30-day notice will be responsible for any upcoming renewal fees within the 30-day notice period.

Memberships are allowed to be paused 30 days at a time after the initial 6-month minimum commitment.

To cancel your Membership prior to the initial 6-month commitment a 50% fee of the remaining term is required. Cancelled Memberships will end 30 days after final payment.

BST does not provide refunds for Membership renewal payments or partial refunds for any unused portion of the Membership.

To cancel or pause your Membership, you must provide a written 30-day notice via email to lisa@breathesalttherapy.net providing your full name on your account, Membership type, and date of cancellation/pause. BST will then confirm your request and provide the date that your Membership will resume if pausing or any other information that is needed.

Any failed payments throughout your Membership will result in account restrictions until paid in full.
